From our home to yours.
We’re seeing it across our social feeds (and we’re sure you are too). There’s a renewed effort amongst Canadians to shop locally, and purchase from Canadian suppliers, and we wanted to take a moment to thank you for your business and share some perspective on why it is so important to choose Canadian.
By buying from a Canadian manufacturer, you’re supporting the people and businesses who live and operate here, and building strong local ties to their local communities. A locally manufactured piece of furniture represents the work of designers, upholsterers, sewers, cutters, frame builders, delivery teams, suppliers, and countless other people involved along the way. When you choose local, you’re helping sustain those jobs and the businesses that support them.
While choosing Canadian-made furniture benefits our country and communities, it also offers benefits for you. Local manufacturing means more reliable supply chains, skilled craftsmanship, and thoughtful construction, with greater attention to the details that matter — style, comfort, and durability. By overseeing quality control throughout the manufacturing process, we can ensure every piece meets our standards and is built to last for years to come.
Your support makes a difference. It allows companies like ours to continue investing in our people, our communities, and the future of Canadian manufacturing. At Brentwood Classics, we’re proud to have been building upholstered furniture in Canada for nearly 50 years. We’re proud of the people behind every piece, and we’re proud to know that when you bring one of our products into your home, you’re bringing home something that was made right here in Canada.
So, the next time you’re shopping for furniture, ask a simple question: Where was it made?
The answer might make more of a difference than you think. 🇨🇦
