Brentwood Classics is a family owned and operated business that has been designing and manufacturing custom Canadian bench-made sofas for over 45 years. The secret to our success is our commitment to upholding a standard of craftsmanship, style and integrity as a commitment of quality to both our customers and our community.
We’re passionate about working with our customers in realizing their vision from our collection of products that ranges from traditional to contemporary sofas, sectionals, ottomans, chairs and more. Our renowned fabric and leather library includes over 600 patterns in a multitude of colour ways; sourced from around the world.
We offer a trade program for accredited interior designers and decorators who are always welcome to utilize our outstanding 10,000 square foot showroom in Vaughan.

Every Brentwood Classics piece is proudly 100% made in Canada, from the first cut of the frame to the final stitch. Our furniture is benchmade by skilled craftspeople who bring generations of expertise to every sofa, chair, and sectional. By keeping production close to home, we’re able to maintain exceptional quality control, support local jobs, and ensure each piece meets our exacting standards—no shortcuts, no compromises.
Making everything in Canada also means building furniture responsibly. We use certified sustainable, kiln-dried Canadian hardwoods and eco-friendly materials, chosen for durability, comfort, and reduced environmental impact. The result is furniture that’s thoughtfully made, built to last, and designed with both people and the planet in mind—crafted locally, enjoyed for years to come.

We’re proud to claim that as of October 2024, all of our products have received a GREENGUARD Gold Certification – a recognition that demonstrates our commitment to producing furniture seating that’s safer for your home and better for the environment. This certification signifies that our product seating meets some of the strictest chemical emission limits in the world, ensuring that our sofas, chairs, and sectionals contribute to cleaner, healthier indoor air.
What Does GREENGUARD Gold Certification Mean?
GREENGUARD Gold is awarded by UL Solutions, a global leader in sustainability standards and is intended to aide consumers in identifying products with low chemical emissions. Through rigorous and highly specific testing of over 10,000 volatile organic compounds (VOCs), our product line has demonstrated that it produces minimal chemical emissions and is safe to sit on for extended periods of time – even for sensitive spaces like schools, and healthcare facilities.
With a Gold certification, our products will undergo continuous monitoring to ensure they maintain the same level of emissions throughout its lifespan.

All of our products are made with foam that is CertiPUR-US® certified. It is made without ozone depleters, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. It is made without any harmful flame retardant chemicals (FR's): CFC's, PBDE's or TDCPP (Tris).
Made without formaldehyde. Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million). It is performance-tested, durability-tested, emissions-tested, and content-tested.
