Lifetime Limited Warranty

Frames:
All Brentwood Classics frames are constructed of selected Canadian air-dried hardwood. Every joint is interlocked, glued, and fastened for a lifetime of strength.

Springs:
No Sag anchors the system to frame preventing spring sway and distributes weight equally.
Web and Coil: Hand-woven jute web foundation increases spring life; 6 coils per seat of 9 gauge heat-tempered spring, enhance comfort, preserves shape, and evenly distributes weight.

10 Year Limited Warranty

Seat Foam Cores (Cushions):
All seat cushions will soften with use and may produce some minor wrinkling. This is considered normal and should not be confused with loss of foam resiliency. Seat cushions should be rotated on a regular basis to maximize shape retention.

Bagged Fibre Back Cushions:
To maintain the shape of back cushions, fluff regularly as you would your bedroom pillows.

1 Year Limited Warranty

Fabrics:
Brentwood Classics recommends regular maintenance to prolong fabric life. This includes immediately blotting liquid spills with an absorbent white cloth or paper towel. Regular vacuuming and professional cleaning ensures a longer lasting product.
Brentwood Classics does not recommend any after market treatments. These treatments can affect the fabric integrity and contribute to seam failure, discolouration, colour bleeding, pile release and back coating deterioration.

After market treatments will automatically void fabric warranty.
Fading (due to sun, or otherwise), pilling (due to normal usage), shrinkage (washing and/or dry cleaning of cushion casings), over use in wear and tear (heavy soiling, pets) will also void fabric warranty.

Sofa Bed Mechanisms & Mattresses:
It is recommended that consumers do not fold sofa beds with sheets, blankets or pillows. This may cause the mechanism to bend which is not covered under warranty. Mattresses should be rotated frequently.

Swivel Rocker Bases:
Full recline and leaning will cause the swivel rocker mechanism to bend and will result in malfunction. This is not covered under warranty.

90 Days Limited Warranty

Labour & Workmanship:
Brentwood Classics will service and support all warranty criteria detailed above.
Transportation for all warranty claims is the responsibility of the original purchaser or dealer.
